Flex, is a basically PVC and fabric raw material which is cost-effective and durable. Material is available in roll form. It is available in large & specific width. This material is specially developed for the solvent printing industry. Digital printing on this material used for the display in programmes / events is called as a flex banner. As per comparison with the vinyl material, flex is more flexible and softer.
Commonly this material is being used for the high-quality digital printing for hoarding and banner. Large format CMYK colour plotters are used to print the flex material. Flex material is available in many varieties like, Star flex, star black flex, BI flex, Glow light flex and Vinyl to matt finish. Normal flex material is being used for one-time usage like in events, standees and for small programmes. Star flex is being used for the special events because the colours printed on this material are higher quality with lustre appearance.
Flex machines are available in two variants, one is Solvent printing machine and other is eco-solvent printing machine.
Started our journey in 1986 with Screen Printing, and continue developing with innovations like four color CMYK Printing in this type of manual/hand print process. Also print on any material and surface like Metal, Plastic, Acrylic, Glass and much more. We were also famous for the stickers gumming those decades.
