Paper cutting is a very important and calculated process in the printing industry.
Before starting printing, paper bought from the market has to be cut evenly considering the size of both the machine and the job to be printed. Due to the identical paper the cutting mark on both sides is set when printed on the back of the paper.
Once the printing process is complete, flyers, brochures or other single paper copy is to be used, cut according to the cutting mark for the finishing process and delivered to the customer. In which special attention has to be paid to the area of bleed.
If there is a printed job, a book, a magazine or containing multiple pages, the process of creasing, folding and then binding will be carried out. In such cases cutting is done to prepare the finished (eye-catching) product only after the binding is done.
Started our journey in 1986 with Screen Printing, and continue developing with innovations like four color CMYK Printing in this type of manual/hand print process. Also print on any material and surface like Metal, Plastic, Acrylic, Glass and much more. We were also famous for the stickers gumming those decades.
