Visiting Card :
Quality and Quantity will be varied as per your company’s marketing plan, target audience and employees. If the Quantity is less then 200 Pcs. for each employee, it is advisable to go for Screen Print / Digital Print.
And/Or if it is more then 500 Pcs. for each employee, it is advisable to go for Offset Print.
Printing method will be varyed as per the paper quality of the visiting card material.
i.e.: Thick Paper, Plastic Card, Transparent Card etc.
Letter Head :
SIZES : A4 (11.25” × 8.5”) / A5 (7.5” × 10.25”) are the popular sizes.
Quality and Quantity will be varied as per your company’s requirement/status.
If the Quantity is less than 100 Pcs., it is advisable to go for Digital Print / Screen Print / Baby Offset.
And/Or if it is more than 500 Pcs., it is advisable to go for Offset Print.
Top GUMPAD Binding is not compulsory in every case, modern companies are printed their documents on Laser/Ink-Jet Printers, so they does not require the letterheads in the binding format.
Delivery Challan :
SIZES : A4 (11.25” × 8.5”) / A5 (7.5” × 10.25”) / A6 (7.5” × 9.0”) / A8 (5.5” × 8.5”) as per company’s product range, A4 size for more than 20 products dispatched in a single order.
Delivery Challan is required in the case of goods/product dispatched by the manufacturer company.
If the company is dealing in the service sector it will be generating invoice directly.
Quality and Quantity will be varied as per your company’s requirement/status.
Delivery Challans are also printed in the form of 1+1 / 1+2 OR 1+3 format, as per company’s accounting system’s need.
As per Duplicate / Triplicate format, TOP/SIDE PERFORATTED BINDING is compulsory in this type. And yes, NUMBERING is necessary to maintain the account.
Today some companies are printing the Delivery Challans/Invoices on continues pre-printed rolls. It will be understood there is no requirement of binding.
Invoice :
SIZES : A4 (11.25” × 8.5”) / A5 (7.5” × 10.25”) as per company’s invoice generating accounting system.
Mostly all the points are same as per the Delivery Challan.
Envelope :
SIZES : 12” × 10” / 11” × 5.5” / 11” × 4.5” / Other Custom sizes are also available in the market.
For sending/courier the A4 size documents without fold, 12”×10” size is perfect.
11”×4.5” / 11”×4” / 7”× 4” are the common and often used sizes in the market.
To protecting the important documents, Custom Envelopes in every sizes are available with INNER SIDE LAMINATED.
For T-Shirt OR Cap OR to print on any Cloth/Textile Material, Quantity is very important.
If the Quantity is less than 100 Pcs. Screen Printing is advisable.
If the Quantity is more than 500 Pcs. Screen Printing on automatic machine
