MegaTank prints blank with full tanks
Full tanks but nothing on the page usually means air in the tubes or a clogged head after idle weeks.
01 · Identify — does this match what you see?
- Tanks look full but pages are blank
- One colour missing entirely
- Recently refilled and quality dropped
02 · Resolve — follow in order
- 1
Check the ink valve or tank caps are closed properly — an open cap breaks the vacuum that pulls ink through.
- 2
Print the nozzle check pattern to see exactly which colour is missing.
- 3
Run one standard cleaning, wait, and check again.
- 4
If a whole colour is still absent, run Ink Flush (deep cleaning) once — it draws a large amount of ink through.
- 5
Leave the printer on and idle overnight, then check once more before contacting support.
Pro tip
Keep tanks between the lower and upper lines. Running one dry is what pulls air into the tube.
