Modern Printing Methods

Digital Printing

Digital Printing Machines (Printers) are powered by the CMYK ink tonners. Process is as simple as your multicolor design in the format of JPG or PDF will printed on the paper or any supported material by the Digital Press acceptance. Revolution of the digital technology in the current time everything related Quality, Quantity and Cost of the print material is very difficult to guess. Due to Low Setup Cost smaller quantity for the printing is possible in this process.

Offset Printing

Method known as an Offset printing because of the inked image is transferred (or “offset”) from a plate to a rubber blanket and then to the printing surface (Paper), Not directly on the paper. When used in combination with the lithographic process, which is
based on the repulsion of
oil and water, the offset technique employs a flat (planographic) image carrier. Ink rollers transfer ink to the image areas of the image carrier, while a water roller applies a water-based film to the non-image areas.

Robert Barclay patented the first rotary offset lithographic printing press in 1875, in England. This machine, which printed on tin, combined the technologies of mid-19th-century transfer printing technology and Hoe’s 1843 rotary printing press.

Large Format

Large format printing is a type of digital printing. Technology is similar to the Inkjet Printer but at a very large scale on chosen material to quickly produce the image with high quality impression.

As a digital printing, the process is very quick and has ability to produce high quality images.

Large format printing technology is being used mostly for the outdoor advertising like : Hoardings, Banners, Standees and etc. to produce large graphics for branding and marketing.

Mostly used for : Backdrops, Trade Show Booths, Grand Openings, Festivals Ceremony, Photo Canvas Print and etc.

3D Printing

Method to creating the Three Dimensional Object layer by layer using computer created design. In 3D Printing, Fused Depositional Modeling (FDM) Technology is used. This FDM Technology is affordable comparing other 3D Printing methods.

A 3D printer essentially works by extruding molten plastic through a tiny nozzle that it moves around precisely under computer control. It prints one layer, waits for it to dry, and then prints the next layer on top.

3D printing is becoming popular in the customisable gifts industry, with products such as personalized models of art and dolls, in many shapes: in metal or plastic, or as consumable art, such as 3D printed chocolate.

LED UV

UV inkjet printer was invented by Michel Caza in mid of 1990’s.

Ultraviolet curing technology in a commercial printing process called as UV Printing OR Ultraviolet Printing. Images and Text print in quality details with the use of special inks have been foumulated to dry quickly when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. This ultra violet lights to dry the ink immediately as it is printed. The printer flow the ink on the material’s surface and UV lights follow from behind, drying the ink instantly.

Because of no solvents are being released into the air, UV printing is better for the environment. Another benefit is that you can print on any materials like glass, metals and plastic. With the use of UV Printer by specific companies you can print onto paper, PVC, plastic, acrylic, metal, wood, canvas, board, leather, textile, slate, driftwood, bamboo and more. With the use of primer, you can print on an even broader range of materials including glass and finely glazed ceramics.

UV ink in printing is the solvent without volatilization. So, UV ink is not poisonous. Although UV ink curing is not poisonous, but not completely harmless.
