A well-known and important process of the binding process, especially for the business stationery. This method is used to allow the two parts of the printed material to be easily separated, such as to allow a special machine to tear the paper with a pin-hole or a well-pressed line. Binder put a gripper to fix the reasonable size between fixing paper and the separated area of the paper. That area would be a 1/16 inch or the less.
To get the perorated line on the printed material, the binder is putting a paper on a cutting mat and press a ruler on the marking area, where the peroration is required.
In short, the perforation is a row of small holes punched on a material like paper, plastics, and packaging products, so a part of it can be easily torn off. The purpose of a perforation is to make a paper especially in the printing industry easy to tear off.
Started our journey in 1986 with Screen Printing, and continue developing with innovations like four color CMYK Printing in this type of manual/hand print process. Also print on any material and surface like Metal, Plastic, Acrylic, Glass and much more. We were also famous for the stickers gumming those decades.
