In this process, the machine uses the Ultra Violet light, it is known as a UV coating / lamination. The process uses a varnish (polymer resin) and fixed it with the ultraviolet light to create an embossed layer on the printing material.
After completed the process of lamination, either matt, gloss or thermal, UV curing is taking place. Mostly to highlight the logo or any specific graphic the UV process used. So, it is also known as SPOT UV. Using UV lamination, Colours become more vibrant and look natural of the printed material.
Started our journey in 1986 with Screen Printing, and continue developing with innovations like four color CMYK Printing in this type of manual/hand print process. Also print on any material and surface like Metal, Plastic, Acrylic, Glass and much more. We were also famous for the stickers gumming those decades.
