The surface of the film will be coated with resin or a thermal adhesive, so it is called thermal film. Lamination process using this type of film identify as thermal lamination. The thermal adhesive melts even in low temperature, this feature ensures that the lamination of paper products is possible simply by applying pressure and heat. Thermal films are available in three types in two or three finishes.
Same as simple lamination, the heated rollers fix the film on the printed material. In short, the process contains only pressure and heat as usual. To embellish or protect the printing material or function photos is the main purpose of the thermal lamination.
Started our journey in 1986 with Screen Printing, and continue developing with innovations like four color CMYK Printing in this type of manual/hand print process. Also print on any material and surface like Metal, Plastic, Acrylic, Glass and much more. We were also famous for the stickers gumming those decades.
