Print envelopes without jams

01 · Identify — does this match what you see?

• Envelope jams every time
• Address prints upside down
• Flap creases in the rollers

02 · Resolve — follow in order

1. 1

   Flatten each envelope and press the flap crease firmly.

2. 2

   Load envelopes with the flap closed and to the left, address side up, in the rear tray.

3. 3

   Choose Envelope as the media type and pick the correct size in the print dialog.

4. 4

   Feed no more than five at a time.

5. 5

   Print one test envelope before running a batch.
