Connect an Epson to Wi-Fi
Join your Epson to your home network using the on-screen Wi-Fi Setup Wizard or the Epson Smart Panel app — no cable needed.
01 · Identify — does this match what you see?
- Brand-new printer that has never joined Wi-Fi
- New router or changed Wi-Fi password
- Wi-Fi icon on the display shows a red X
02 · Resolve — follow in order
- 1
On the printer, open Settings → Network Settings → Wi-Fi Setup → Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.
- 2
Choose your home network name (SSID) from the list.
- 3
Enter the Wi-Fi password carefully using the on-screen keyboard — it is case-sensitive.
- 4
Wait for the “Connection successful” message, then press OK.
- 5
Print a network status sheet to confirm, then add the printer on your computer or the Epson Smart Panel app.
Pro tip
Most Epsons only join 2.4 GHz networks. If your network name doesn't appear, check that your router's 2.4 GHz band is enabled.
