01 · Identify — does this match what you see?

• Photo sheets jam while plain paper works
• Glossy sheets feed two at a time
• Ink smears on the trailing edge

02 · Resolve — follow in order

   Use the rear tray rather than the front cassette for photo paper.

   Load one sheet at a time, glossy side up.

3. 3

   Select the exact photo paper type in the print dialog so the printer slows the feed.

   Leave prints to dry flat for a few minutes before stacking.

5. 5

   Keep unused photo paper in its resealable bag.
