Print from an Android phone
Android needs a print service switched on before the printer shows up in the share menu.
01 · Identify — does this match what you see?
- No print option in the app
- “No printers found” in the print preview
02 · Resolve — follow in order

Open Settings and search for Printing, then confirm the default print service is on.

Install the Canon print app from the Play Store if your model is not detected by the default service.

Make sure the phone and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.

In any app, tap the menu, choose Print, then pick your Canon from the list.

Set paper size and colour, then print.
Pro tip
The print preview page is a real preview — check the margins there before you use paper.
