02 · Resolve — follow in order

Install Brother iPrint&Scan from the App Store or Play Store.

Open the app — it auto-detects any Brother on the same Wi-Fi.

Tap Print to pick a photo or document, or Scan to capture a page to your phone.

Use the “Settings” tab to check ink/toner levels and order supplies.

Set the printer you use most as the default so the app opens straight to it.
Pro tip
The app scans multi-page documents from your phone camera and OCRs them into searchable PDFs — a free alternative to a desktop scanner for receipts and forms.
