Fix “Paper Size Mismatch”
The printer refuses a job saying the loaded paper doesn't match the requested size. The panel size and the loaded paper must agree.
01 · Identify — does this match what you see?
- “Paper Size Mismatch” or “Wrong Paper Size”
- Job held in the queue
- Paper loaded but printer asks to confirm
02 · Resolve — follow in order

Check what's actually in the tray (Letter, A4, Legal).

On the panel, go to Menu → General Setup → Paper Size and set it to match the tray.

In the print dialog on the PC, confirm the page size matches (Letter vs A4 is the usual slip).

Also check Paper Type is set to Plain if you're using plain paper.

Resend the print; the mismatch warning should clear.
Pro tip
Mixing Letter and A4 paper between the tray and the PC is the #1 cause of this error in mixed regions. Pick one standard for the household and stick to it.
