Print to an Epson from iPhone or Android
iPhones use AirPrint with zero setup; Android uses the Epson Smart Panel app or the print service plugin. Same Wi-Fi network is the only requirement.
01 · Identify — does this match what you see?
- “No printer found” on your phone
- Want to print photos or documents from mobile
- App can't see a printer the computer prints to fine
02 · Resolve — follow in order
- 1
Confirm the phone and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network (not guest Wi-Fi, not mobile data).
- 2
iPhone: open the document, tap Share → Print, and select the Epson — that's it.
- 3
Android: install Epson Smart Panel or enable the “Epson Print Enabler” plugin, then print from any app's menu.
- 4
If the printer doesn't appear, toggle the phone's Wi-Fi off and on, then retry.
- 5
For photos, the Epson Smart Panel app gives better color and paper-size control than the system print dialog.
Pro tip
Guest networks block device-to-device traffic. If the printer never appears on your phone, check whether the phone is on a guest SSID.
