Fix the 1310 paper size mismatch

01 · Identify — does this match what you see?

• “The size of paper is not compatible”
• Job pauses and asks you to confirm

02 · Resolve — follow in order

1. 1

   Check the size loaded in the tray and measure if unsure — A4 and Letter are close but not the same.

2. 2

   On the printer menu, set the tray paper size to match exactly.

3. 3

   In the print dialog on your computer, choose the same size and the same paper source.

4. 4

   Press Resume on the printer to continue the paused job.

5. 5

   For repeat jobs, save the correct size as your default in the printer preferences.
