Fix error E03 (paper feed)
E03 means the printer tried to grab a sheet and missed. It's almost always loading, alignment, or a roller that needs a quick clean.
01 · Identify — does this match what you see?
- “E03” or “Support Code 1303” appears
- Paper skews to one side before stopping
- The printer picks up several sheets at once
02 · Resolve — follow in order

Remove the whole paper stack from the rear tray.

Fan the stack, tap it flat on a table, and reload it snugly against the right edge.

Slide the paper guide until it just touches the stack — not tight enough to bow the sheets.

Check inside the rear feed slot for small scraps or a stuck label.

If it persists, run “Roller Cleaning” from the printer's maintenance menu with plain paper loaded.
Pro tip
Paper that's been sitting in a humid room curls and misfeeds. Fresh paper from a sealed ream fixes stubborn E03 errors surprisingly often.
